BREATHE is a great reminder this time of year. And honestly, it’s a practice that’s become a part of my life every single day. Whenever I feel like my negative thoughts are racing and getting out of control or when my anxiety is high, I force myself to take just a couple of minutes to breathe.
Sometimes I do it as a meditation: I breathe in the good and exhale the bad… inhale the confidence and exhale the self doubt…
Just the act of being intentional with your breathing and really focusing on it can help calm your mind.
