Our designs are created using the healing power of words. Because the right ones can help you hold on when you feel like your world is slipping through your fingers, bring you peace when you’re at war with yourself, and comfort you when you wish the hurting would just stop.
When I was at the worst with my depression, I remember so desperately looking for words to stop the pain, to let me know I wasn’t alone, to be my beacon of light in a sea of darkness.
I took screenshots of inspirational quote after quote online, bought a library of coping books, hung word art filled with positive messages on my walls. What I finally clung to – and still return to – are the words I learned during my therapy. They kept me going when I wanted to stop, brought me strength on days I felt too weak to get out of bed, and gave me hope that things really would get better (and they did).
Every therapy session, I pulled out my plain, slightly worn around the edges, white legal pad and wrote down coping statements as I learned them:
Hold on... Focus on the good... Breathe... Be happy with now...
These healing pieces from my notes, I now want to share with you - on t-shirts, coffee mugs and pendants. I want the bright colors to lift your spirits. I want the words to give you strength, comfort and light.

I'm open to sharing my story in the hopes that it will help someone else who may be struggling. And for every purchase, we donate 5% of the net proceeds to Mental Health America to educate the public about mental illness and wellness.
