This one has been challenging for me, to say the least. But my therapist wants me to work on it, and I thought it might help you, too.
I’ve had such a hard time this year with my health (Meniere’s disease and the vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, and vertabra misalignment that came with it), which ultimately FORCED ME TO REST a lot since March. That’s six months, you guys.
And I haven’t accepted it well.
So, I’m currently in “release” mode and working to:
Release resisting rest
Release resisting help from family
Release resisting the need to get things done
Release resisting thinking I should be further along in my healing journey, and accept where I am
Over the past week, I’ve focused on inhaling healing, and exhaling resistance.
