When I was in the midst of my depression a couple of years ago, I hated so many things about my life and myself. I was constantly beating myself up, and I thought I deserved to feel bad. No way did I think I deserved to feel good ever again… but of course I did! And so do you. Try taking a few minutes every day to compliment yourself and reflect on what you’ve accomplished, no matter how small. Be kind to yourself. You deserve to feel good again.
