WHY #ICHOOSEBEAUTY: Anna Bella’s view

.Meet: Anna Bella, @@annabellasuzann.From: Larvik, Norway. Her view: "My diagnoses are depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I realized only recently that I have had at least anxiety probably all my life, it has made life rough at times, and it didn’t help with the other ones on top of it. However, in choosing to find beauty I found hope. I’ve learned that even the hardest days have beauty in them, although it can be hard to find beauty, it’s there; it’s there in the flutters of the wings of a bird, it’s there in the sound of the wind, it’s even there in finding a Netflix show that I like. In looking for beauty in each day I have found that beauty does not have to be big things, it can be found in the smallest things if only I look for it. This gives me hope. Not that I will one day suddenly get rid of my mental illnesses, I don’t believe that will happen, but that even if I don’t there will always be beauty around me to make everything else worth it. Looking for beauty around me has even led to me finding beauty within myself. I’ve always had terrible issues with my self-image, I am slowly starting to see that I do in fact have beauty even within myself, I can honestly say that I never believed that would, or even could, happen. In the journey of choosing to find beauty around me I am now finding beauty within me as well, it’s a lovely side effect.". . ..Want to see more beauty in your life?
