Train your brain like you exercise your body. This is as much of a reminder to myself as it is to you. Last week was a rough one for me. Looking back, I realize it’s because I got lazy with my journaling and my positive self talk – things I need to do to feel better.When you’re depressed, it takes a lot of work to shift your mind away from negative thinking. Once you start feeling good, don’t make the mistake of stopping those efforts. That would be like working out until you reach a goal and then becoming sedentary and expect to magically stay in shape. Both your body and your brain need consistent exercise to be healthy. #mondaymotivation
