Savor the laughter

It’s inevitable – life is going to hit you with some tough blows, struggles, sadness. That’s life. But there will also be moments of joy. At some point during my therapy, I realized how important it is to really SAVOR the laughter. Make the most of the good times. Don’t just take them for granted and go through the motions. Since we can’t control a lot of the pain that comes our way, we must savor every second of laughter that life brings us, and also learn to create more moments of joy.
