2 big handfuls spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mangoes
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use this one)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Ice and water to reach your preferred thickness
