Still not tired of drinking green protein smoothies, even after having one practically every day for the past 5 years. They give me so much energy, and I’m constantly changing up the fruit and leafy stuff so I don’t get bored.
I know I’ve been a bit absent for several weeks from Instagram with a lot of my usual info. But I hope to be back to writing more, and hanging out in Stories again next week.

Today’s #ichoosebeauty covid challenge was finding a scent – Something that makes you feel good the minute you breathe it in. And a reminder to take the time to really inhale it and appreciate it.
For me, it was the ground cinnamon I sprinkled on my smoothie. There’s just something about the smell of cinnamon that’s comforting to me.
