It is going to be okay

Sometimes very basic words are all you need to make it through the day. When I was in the thick of my depression, I would repeat to myself, “It is going to be okay” over and over. “It is going to be okay” – Say it even if you don’t believe it. It will help you get through the tough times until things really ARE okay.
