I admit I got off to a slow start this month, but I’m finally revving up for 2017. I know that if I don’t feel good physically, I don’t feel good mentally… and vice versa. I know that what I put in my body, what I put ON my body, and what I let myself think matter. And I know that I deserve to feel better. So do you.
