I’m okay, I’m okay, I’m okay

This is for anyone out there who is hurting right now. When I was in my darkest depression and couldn’t stand to get out of bed and was crying every day and wasn’t sure if I really wanted to live, I would keep repeating “I’m okay, I’m okay, I’m okay” even though I didn’t believe it. Saying those words and focusing on them helped me to feel better in that moment even though I was struggling to be anything near okay. But eventually, I was okay. You will be too. ️
