When I first started looking for beauty almost four years ago to help heal from severe depression, I was surprised at all the things I hadn’t noticed before as I went about my day. This practice has helped me to shift my focus and feel more positive and grateful, and I hope it has started to do the same for you.
Throughout the last two weeks, you’ve found all kinds of beauty all around you – whether it was something you saw, felt, heard, smelled, tasted, read, or remembered.
