I want you to do something this week. Check in with three people you haven’t talked to in awhile. Just text, message, or call them to see how they’re doing.
In this social media world we live in, it can feel like we know how everyone’s doing by the pictures and posts we see. But the reality is, that’s only a small part of their life.
Something as simple as asking, “How are you doing today?” can mean so much to someone who’s going through a hard time. You may be just the support they need to get through their day… Support they’re not always feeling strong enough to ask for themselves. Just knowing that someone cares can make such a huge difference.
