I’ve been in that place where I hated so many things about my life and myself. I was constantly beating myself up, and I thought I deserved to feel bad. No way did I think I deserved to feel good ever again… but of course I did! And so do you.
I’ve said it before, and I will keep saying it again and again – therapy saved my life. I will keep sharing my journey because I want it to be normal to talk about mental health, and for you to feel comfortable to get help if you need it.
