This is definitely easier said than done (I’m constantly working on this), but try it anyway — Focus on what is, not what you think should be. If you’re upset about something that’s out of your control, accept it for what it is. If you can’t do anything about it, stop wasting your energy wishing it away. Instead, spend that energy on something you *can* control – how you react to whatever is bothering you. Share this to help someone else who may need this message today.
