Introducing... the new "Finding Hope" four-week digital journal - I created this for you to help get through these challenging times.⁣⁣Think of it as your personal space to really tune in to your heart and mind, and to reflect on all the good in your life in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. The idea is to help lift your spirits and bring you some peace right now.⁣⁣There's an activity to do every morning, and one to finish every night. The combination of the two exercises will help train your brain to be more positive during these difficult days.⁣⁣Throughout the journal, you'll also find a few empowering quotes and my notes explaining the meaning behind them. These are all based on coping statements I learned in therapy for severe depression.
