Mental Health Monday: I’ll admit, this is something I’m constantly working on! I’ve always been good at encouraging others, but doing the same for myself takes a lot of practice.

If not, here’s what helps me the most – If you have a friend who’s struggling right now, what would you say to him/her? Now say those things to yourself. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but after doing it a few times, you’ll have made a new amazing friend – yourself.
