Mental Health Month: Free screenings

As we kick off #MentalHealthMonth today, all I can think is how the entire world needs this right now. With all of us facing some kind of distress from the coronavirus pandemic, a month to focus on our mental health couldn't come at a better time.Throughout May, I'll be sharing lots of tools, inspiration, and maybe even some surprises. But today, let's start with something that could help you right now if you're struggling with your mental health: a screening from my partner, @mentalhealthamerica (MHA).It's a quick and easy way to determine whether you're experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. It's free, confidential, and anonymous. Once you have your results, MHA will give you information and resources to help you feel better.Just go to mhascreening.org to get started.Let's normalize talking about mental health this month and always, you guys! It should absolutely be normal to take a mental health screening,, just as it is to take one for health conditions like heart disease or diabetes. You know I'm an open book about mental health, and hope that by sharing my journey, it helps someone who maybe hasn't been able to speak out or doesn't know what they're actually going through (that was me at one time). It' has always been my goal to let you know that you are not alone, that you can feel better, and that there's nothing wrong with getting help. Please reach out if you have any questions. xx Sahar#ichoosebeauty #tools2thrive #mhm20 #MillionInMay #coronaviruspandemic #coronaviruschallenge #coronapandemic #pandemic2020 #feelyourfeelings #anxietysupport #anxietymanagement #anxietyisreal #lookforthelight #healingjourney #healingtools #healingyourself #healingfromwithin #healingpower #mentalhealthsupport #mentalhealthisimportant #mentalhealthtips #mentalhealthhelp #mentalhealthjourney #mentalhealthcare #mentalhealthadvice #mentalhealthisreal #mentalhealthcommunity #mentalwellness #mentalhealthishealth
