Some ideas, in case you need them: a pet, a piece of art, a book, the clouds, a sweet treat, a person, your favorite workout, an old t-shirt, a scent, colorful produce at the grocery store, etc.
Just slow down as you go about your day and you’ll notice ordinary things you may have missed before.
