This emotionally overwhelming 2020 marathon just keeps going. And in turn, we have to figure out how to keep going, as well.
It has helped me to focus on being present and just taking it day by day. But I’ll admit, the past two weeks have been extra challenging for me.
I’ve been pulling out all the mental health tools I’ve gathered over the years to help me cope, and of course continuing to go to therapy.
Unfortunately, it’s going to be a long haul, friends. So please, if you’re struggling with your mental health, know that it’s okay to get help.
