Good news: my last upper cervical adjustment held pretty well for a whole month! 🏽🏽Today was adjustment #29 – I’ve been getting them mostly every week since last July… then a few every other week… now a month. I’m feeling about 80% well and so glad I stuck with it because I cannot tell you how many times I wanted to quit.
Side note: it’s so strange wearing a mask and seeing them on everyone!
