I keep track of mine in this simple notebook, and it's made such a difference in how I feel about myself. ⁠⁠It's proof that good things are happening and that you're making progress... maybe in a different way, or on a slightly different schedule than you planned... but you're still moving forward. ⁠⁠Any win counts. ⁠⁠Try this exercise and let me know if it helps you.
