Always celebrate your small wins

We all have goals. Financial goals, health goals, personal goals. Sometimes, they're pretty big goals. While we're reaching for them, they can seem so far off, and it's easy to feel like we're getting nowhere fast. A couple of years ago, I started keeping track of my small wins in this notebook. It makes such a huge difference in how I feel about myself. Too often, I’m so focused on my end-game that I don't even recognize the small gains I've made that are helping me to get there. Those little victories matter a lot. I find that writing them down once a week really helps me see that I'm moving forward. It's concrete evidence in a simple notebook. Try this exercise and let me know if it helps you. Don't wait until you hit your ultimate goal to feel accomplished. Always celebrate your small wins. ️And if you want to learn other ways to be mentally healthy, check out some ideas that can help you feel more hopeful from my partner, @MentalHealthAmerica.
